Shaktipat activation, meditation --- Do not go into fear--you can see many people on some of the videos--- swaying, going into various yoga postures. doing different breathings and so on This is due to the Kundalini rising and causing these processes to dispel the inner blocks within the Aura and the inner bodies....all these things are natural and are purifying processes for the body and mind---rarely seen in the West and little known until modern times--- but now being embraced by millions around the world for greater enlightenment and healing.

Some of the films are from native India but there is much going on around the world.

Deep meditation is occuring in those who assume various postures so there is nothing to fear. The body becomes more and more clear and purified as well as the mind with time and practice as the kundalini activates inside the system

Each person's response is unique--just because such processes are occuring for one, does not mean that they occur for all. The inner energy, the kundalini is supremely intelligent and knows what each person needs and how much---as we are all built differently and have had different experiences and karmas

Outer bodily manifestations are the reflection of the inner clearing of the subtle chakras inside the body on a subtle level.
