Tabor's update!

Day two of the third Russian vbs. The weather today was very nice, it was over cast and around 75-85F with low humidity and no smoke in the air making it one of the nicest days that we have seen since arriving here. Had a great day with the kids, we started the day off with some exercises and sang some songs which was great, we taught the kids the song “ I’ve got peace like a river” and it was so cool to see all the little kids and the leaders singing this song. After, we all went to an old quarry were we played some games, and did our daily crafts. Once the VBS was over, all of us went to a dacha, which is a little house in the middle of a garden which is used for a getaway for the people who live in the city, and it was great, we cooked some pork and vegetables over a coal fire, swam in their little swimming pool and just had a great time. It has been awesome to see GOD working in this area, we have had kids from non Christian homes come to the VBS planting seeds which in time could grow. In Morshansk we got to see a man repent and come to Christ, which was a honor to witness, And to see the love of fellow Christian here in Russia has been such a blessing to all of us on the team.
