Still on the Urban theme, these are some photographs again taken in Melbourne (the best city in the world!) of Architectural Pattern. The first 3 images are of the Euraka Tower, a very impressive 92 storey residential building which dominates Melbourne's skyline. I love the giant gold bees, adding interest to what could be just a very plain street level view. The last photograph is a reflection of a building on another I saw while walking in the street - the building itself was pretty non-descript - but the reflections on it created a lot of visual interest.
These images are all reasonably high resolution, and look great as desktop wallpaper, for which purpose you are free to use. I have the photo with the umbrellas from Monday currently as my desktop, and it looks even better on a 19" screen.
