A riddle or a poem about a tool

Hello children,

Your previous Journal homework was to write a riddle or a poem about a tool. Let me share with you what some of your friends had written.

I have a pencil
Long and thin
Its colour is deep hot pink
I bring it to school every day
Having it with me makes my day

I once painted a picture of a screw and then coloured it blue
Screwdrivers work with screws, they work even better than glue
Glue might be easy to dry, but it might be hard to buy
Screws may be difficult to turn, but I don't think it's difficult to learn

A person is holding a wrench to fix a bench.
The bench has been damaged and needs a wrench.
A person has damaged the bench and told to fix it with a wrench.
You cannot ask a child to fix a bench with a wrench.
As the wrench is too heavy to fix a bench.
You must ask an adult to fix the bench with a wrench!
