This last weekend was awesome! Despite the crappy week before it, beginning Friday it all got better. I flew down to see my gorgeous woman and had a great time!
First, we went to Discovery Kingdom. We first thought it was just a theme park with rides, but when we got there, we realized it was half rides and half "sea-worldish". It was sweet! And it wasn't that there were lack of thrill roller coasters either. They had close to 7 of them! (including the Medusa, bumerang, roar, and others). We got to see a show with the orca which was really fun! It was definitely a full day adventure.
Then, on Sunday, we went to the LinkedIn Summer Picnic, which was a lot of fun as well. Although there were no t-shirts.. we still got a frisbee and played some games. It was definitely a picnic geared towards parents with kids, but we still shared our fun on the blow up play set :P. It was a great weather day with meeting a lot of new people!
We then went to Jacobs house to eat and play some games at night.
On Monday, it was time for relaxing and just gazing into eachothers eyes and realize how special eachother are. You know she is the right person and you are truly in love when every single time you look into her beautiful eyes, it is like looking into them the first day we met. I just melt. I love you baybuh! We watched a pretty stupid movie as well as a movie which we didn't even decide to go to until literally right before (which i am glad we did and not dinner with smucks... phew!) and it was quite good.
It was truly a great weekend. I can't wait for the time away to be over. And then, when we do find the place of choice where we will work, it will be an exciting journey together wherever the road may take us! Our next step of the journey.
And.. I get to go down there one more time before we take the drive up! Woot!
in two days I am checking out Hakson's car. Hopefully he wont be like his other things he sells and is actually talking truthfully when he says it is negotiable... We shall see.
Going to the seahawks game on Saturday with Ryan D. Hope we win!
