IEEE…NOT Supporting Free Open Access to Research …Advancing Technology for Humanity (For a Profit off of Educational Researchers)
Educational Applications: THIS IS AN OPINION
I usually do not get on my soap box, but this time I need to WARN fellow educational researchers about these IEEE folks. They are related to:
American Society for Engineering Education
Educational Research and Methods Division
and the IEEE Education Society
Do as I say not as I do...
Look at my request for open access to educational related research:

So as you can read from above the middle men publishers have found a way around the open access law by requiring membership to access the data. If your doing research and run into the ieeexplore site, move on to another site. Clever for now but in my opinion it won’t work with complaints being filed and reduction or research to theses publishers. I will not publish my research with these folks and I hope other researcher will not either. We have a great Engineering Faculty at our school...Oh well moving on...
So I suggest Do Not Support IEEE.ORG in any way. WHY pay when you can have FREE ACCESS to RESEARCH? I have removed all hypelinks and phone numbers to these folks. Also do not use Frontiers in Education Clearing House, they are in violation of the open access to research law. I have found that they are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York located in New York County or of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York, and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of said courts. So DENIED FREE ACCESS TO RESEARCH INFORMATION. I wonder if other researchers in the USA can open them up with this NEW information I have provided and was able to research. Let me know how much money you will receive as a whistle blower in New York.
Such a human waste of time and humanitarian research resources. Shame on you!
