Sophia asked me tonight if I could make her a ring...I said sure...draw it for me. I had been thinking about wanting to take some of her flower drawings and convert them into pieces. She would not let me watch as she drew it for me. This is what she came up with. She wants a flower on top and a butterfly on the bottom. I told her that I would make the flower first and see about the butterfly tomorrow. I told her I didn't know if a butterfly would work on the bottom of the band, but she insists that it will...she showed me how she would hold her hand with it. I traced the flower exactly (I use my computer as a light box :)...then I made the piece...I thought it turned out wonderful...but I am biased since it is Sophia's design.
This one is my size. I will make one her size tomorrow...with the butterfly.
