2) Nikon: D3x
Canon: 1Dmk3
Those are the best professional digital cameras - Jeroen Wijnands
3) While that one is the the world's best perhaps $42,000 is in your budget.
Let me recommend what I own. Superb photos and a solid build. An excellent camera.

4) Best depends on what you want to do with it. If you are shooting sports, the Hasselblad is a terrible camera, due to it's low-speed burst rate. For that, the Nikon D3s is unmatched. It's fast and goes to ISO25,600 without even caring. (It can be pushed to ISO 102,400!) For a beginner, the Nikon D5000 is great. For somebody on a budget looking for a semi-pro camera, the Nikon D90 is splendid. And as was mentioned, the Hasselblad H4D-60 will produce remarkable, crisp images with it's whopping 60 megapixel sensor.
Canon also has cameras that fill in these slots. They are JUST AS GOOD. I have Nikon DSLR because I have a Nikon film camera and lenses. Also, their ergonomics fit my hand better. Others prefer Canon for the same reasons.
To sum it up, asking what the best professional camera is, is like asking what the best professional car is. If you are a Rally driver, then it's a Subaru WRX or a Mitsubishi EVO. If you are a heavy hauler, it's a Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, or Volvo Semi. If you are on a track, it's a Ferarri FXX or a Zonda. If you are a soccer mom, it might be a Toyota. If you are a rancher, it's an F350, or a Dodge Ram. Get it? - Zach L
5) I think that Canon is a better one. - Win
6) Resolution? How about a 50MP Hasselblad? - keerok
7) the first guy that commented is right it is the best but also the most costly!! are you wanting a entry DSLR? those are way cheaper - huskies 4 ever
8) When you asked best "professional camera" you received correct answers. But really, let's get practical, how much are you spending so someone cam actually help you? - Vintage Music

Question 2
A Rough and Tough DSLR..?... Resistant to Dirt & Smoke and Moisture, even a bit of rains...??
I have Nikon D90 in mind..What do u suggest..?
Thanks...:) <3
Answers
1) Generally speaking, only the top model professional DSLR cameras (which cost $3000 or more) are weather sealed. - Hondo
2) 1. Use the following site for your all doubts, this is the best site that i know for Camera.
This site will give you the price in $ :-
http://www.steves-digicams.com/best-cameras.html
Before selecting any model you can check the review of that camera on the above mentioned site.
2.You can check the same lowest price in India with following site:-

3) Even if I had a spare D3X (supposed to be a professional quality body and weather proof) and lots of spare cash, I still wouldn't expose the camera body to all that you have said !
Buy a Kata rain cover or something similar for bits of rains. Use a UV filter for dirt on the front element. ....... Quit Smoking !!! - SgtPepper
4) D90 is, like any other nikon, quite robust but nikon only weatherproofs their cameras from the D300 upwards. Pentax, I seemt o recall, has weatherproofing on the D90 class cameras.
Having said that, I'd shoot in almost all circumstances with a protective filter and a rain sleeve on a d90, they really are quite durable. - Jeroen Wijnands
5) You might get a few used Nikon D70s. They are built tough like the '90, but are cheap because they are used. So if you destroy them, you are out $250, as opposed to $900. - Zach L
6) Olympus E-3.

Question 3
Which camera should i get?... i want to buy a nice one with a huge lens because i love the way those things take pictures, but i dont want a camera that big. what kind of digital camera takes really nice pictures? which one should i buy? thanks!
Answers
1) Kodak East Share cameras are great!!! - wpowens
2) You want a BIG lens but a small camera ... is that right?
The smallest camera I have seen recently on a big lens was a Nikon D40 attached to a 200-400 mm zoom. You could barely see the camera
My guess is you are really looking for one of the new EVIL cameras that are about the size of a P&S camera, but with a APS-C sensor and interchangeable lenses. - fhotoace
3) Damn size does matter after all :(....just kidding, those huge lenses are telephoto lenses, meant to capture distant subjects. Although there are some truly amazing telephoto lenses, there are also many cheap and crappy lenses, which look just like them. I have been an hobbyist photographer for a few years and am yet to get one good telephoto lens, mainly because they cost several times the camera body. So if you are interested, read some books about DSLRs and then decide you wanna go to all that trouble.
PS: Most of those "big lenses" are rented, because they are too expensive to own and too bulky to carry around everyday.
Good luck! - irreducible

5) Really nice pictures depend on the photographer. The camera is just a tool.
A small camera that can take really nice pictures if you know what you're doing is the Sony NEX 5. You can attach to it a nice huge lens if you want to.

3) "That huge lens" is what allows photographers to get great pictures of far away things. So to answer your question, no, there is no regular digital camera that can take pictures like those huge lenses.
Unless you never want to take pictures of things more than 20 feet or so away, any digital camera will fit your purpose. - Ɠ. ƦѦϝϝ

Question 5
What Cameras are compatible with Canon Mark II Lens?... Hi I am looking to buy a Canon Camera. My parents own a Canon Mark II 5D i believe. What cameras can I buy that are compatible with their lens?
Answers
1) I'm assuming a 5D mark II. That's compatible with the whole Canon DSLR range - Jeroen Wijnands
2) You can use any lens from a Canon 5D Mk II with any other current Canon DSLR. - Hondo
3) Anything that uses EF lenses. That means all Canon EOS SLRs (that includes both digital and film). - T. Le
4) I'm not familiar with Canon's line-up but from what I see, any dSLR from Canon can use the lenses from a Mark II. Since the Mark II is full-frame, crop sensor bodies will have no problem using full-frame lenses. - keerok
5) For clarity, there are NO Mark II lenses.
There are Canon EF lenses which are designed to be used with any of the full frame or near full frame (APS-H sensored) cameras in the 1D and 5D series Canon EOS bodies.
These are the only Canon lenses you can use with these cameras. The EF-S lenses can only be used with the Canon APS-C sensored cameras or all the cameras other than the 1D and 5D series.
That means that any lenses your parents use with the 5D, Mark II camera will work with yours. However, you cannot use any of your EF-S lenses on their Mark II. They will damage the cameras mirror and possibly scratch the rear of those lenses optics - fhotoace
