Caleb is now 6 months old, half way to being 1! He is turning into quite the little man. He smiles all the time, talks non-stop, and isn't afraid to let us know when he's bored or had enough of whatever he's doing. He's rolling ALL. OVER. THE. PLACE. I never know where he may end up. Most times the couch or recliner gets in his way and he will protest quite loudly his displeasure. 
He's sitting up for a few minutes at a time now and seems quite pleased with himself when he realizes he's doing all by himself. 
We're introducing more and more solids to his diet. So far he isn't a fan of peas, or mixed vegetables. He LOVES sweet potatoes and squash. He will happily eat bananas, apples and peaches if they are mixed with oat cereal. It takes a lot of coaxing to get him to eat fruit by itself. Caleb got to meet his Aunty Dags. She was in Regina visiting for a few days. She's off to Costa Rica! Will miss you Dags!
Mike has started new hours at work. We're not impressed that his hours have changed and it looks like there will be this way permanently. These new hours don't leave Mike a lot of time to spend with Caleb during the week. That being said, I'm SO thankful he doesn't work shift work.
