ALLEGED MOTOBIKE THIEF ZOOMS INTO CUSTODY

Police have arrested a man in Kandal province after he allegedly tried to swipe a motorbike last week. The motorbike’s owner said he parked his bike near a stream on the day in question with the aim of pumping water to irrigate his parched rice fields. While he was away, the suspect leaped onto the vehicle and reportedly rode off into the distance. However, the motorbike’s owner saw his vehicle being stolen and shouted loudly. After 15 minutes, local police were able to track down the suspect, who later said that it was the first time he had committed such a robbery. Other local villagers, however, claimed the suspect had stolen bikes on more than one occasion; several, in fact. Police are investigating.

CAPITAL STREET SWEEPS CONTINUE UNABATED

Police in the capital’s Daun Penh district arrested 40 suspected vagrants Friday in street roundups aimed at “regulating society”, officials said. Those arrested included nine prostitutes, 15 homeless boys and girls and 11 beggars. Five of the boys were found with knives; police suspected them of carrying out robberies on passers-by in local parks. Officers said they had started an investigation focusing on the five boys and any potential accomplices they may have had in enacting their theoretical crimes.

CARELESS DRIVER CAUSED DEADLY CRASH, COPS SAY

A mother and her 13-month-old child were killed instantly following a tragic accident in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district Saturday. Witnesses reported seeing a car speeding down the road before crashing into a motorbike. The bike’s driver was seriously injured, and a mother and child seated on the bike were killed. The car then veered off and crashed into the wall of a house and a tree, injuring three people in the car. Police said that the crash was caused by the car’s driver, who was allegedly drunk and careless.

POLICE SAY SUSPECT GOT BUSY WHILE OUT OF JAIL

Police arrested a man in Takeo province on Friday, roughly two years after he was first accused of stealing gold from a vendor in Prey Veng province. The suspect was first arrested in 2008 but then mysteriously released by the court. The suspect said his release came as a result of his family providing the court with a handy payment of US$10,000. Police, meanwhile, claim that the suspect was responsible for a variety of robberies around the country, including some in Phnom Penh. Officers say they are investigating the case further to see if the suspect may have had any accomplices.

Why can not lawyers Relax? - And how can

lawyers who read this article probably already know what I mean. Case is considered, the movement decided, or closure. Go home for the evening or to celebrate, relax and just take it easy. You'll find yourself sitting in a comfortable chair with a TV, or perhaps with a good book or a companion.

But it is a relief.

Instead of sinking into a state of calm relaxation, your mind begins to work. "Am I entitled to any?
"What about the issue next week?" I do not have enough time in the account today? "Maybe you just do not think - but the unpleasant physical sensations. You may feel nervous or" itch ", and can not sit still. Can feel pressure in the head or the heart pounding, feelings of discomfort or electric arms or legs. Stress floods through you. Or, on the other frequencies, you may feel numb and completely closed and the breaker tripped. As someone has runturn off the lights, close the door and left the scene.

What's happening?

All the above-described symptoms of the nervous system, which has lost its natural elasticity. Like all
mammals, humans are biologically designed to identify and respond to threats (also known as stress), take defensive measures, to survive (luckily!), and then recover and return to a flexible state. These biological reactions. When threatened, our body to mobilize and concentrate at Iotaavailable energy for survival. Developed the evolutionary forces that answer in the new millennium. (Think of a lion chasing our ancestors in the savannah.) We are beautifully designed to activate in response to the threat, and then turn off if the threat had passed. This phenomenon is sometimes referred to as the "fight or flight." Once the threat has disappeared, no longer serves our survival to spend enormous energy needed to maintain an active state. In fact, the opposite is true. When the threat passed, survival usually depends on the store as much energy as possible.

But modern man, this process may be crooked. Usually occurs when they are active, but (for the reasons described below), we were not able to relieve the energy that has been accused in response to stress. Undischarged energy remains in the memory of our body, waiting for an opportunity to complete the cycle of deactivation and return to normal. This can be an experience, as described above - itching, nervous, racing thoughts, "I can not relax 'experience. And if the increase in activation is sufficient, sometimes the switch "will flip on and off, the detention and numbness.

What are these "threats", which stimulates the nervous system? lawyers can understand that when it comes to risk, take away their reason to find it. Basically, is the threat they see as a threat. Leaders in the fieldexpress the trauma study of this principle, saying that the injury to the person, not the case. An event that may trigger the fight or flight response in me, the answer can not turn on at all - and vice-verse. What we can depend on the active members of our personal history, our genes, and many other factors. (Of course there are external threats, as the gunman pointing a gun in his face, what will be perceived by almost everyone as a threat!) For thousands of years, we couldwere used because of the lion hunt has been its potential meal. Today, lawyers may encounter the same level of stress appearing in court, during a telephone conversation with a difficult customer, or during discussions with opposing counsel.

What prevents our nervous system to follow the natural cycle of this stress? "Shock" part of the cycle is controlled by our parasympathetic nervous system ("ATS"), which is not in our voluntary control. (ThisTherefore, we can not "do" relax.) SNP is like the brakes in your car. Brakes engage to slow down the process if the threat is over and perform any other power of flight or fight response. When not reached, the publications may include visceral, bodily reactions, such as shaking, breathing (breathing that "breathe", in relation to breaths we take voluntary), crying, tremors, emotional releases, etc. Any fight or flight response, or movements, have beennot completed may also be released.

Unfortunately for humans, we tend to the worst enemies in this area. Both the culture and people, we tend to suppress the reaction of the body, because they are generally interpreted as signs of weakness, or otherwise socially acceptable. "Be a man." "Control yourself." Do not let the "wimp." Do not bother me. " "Do not be ashamed of." All this what? lawyers particularly in environments where the functionprohibition of emotional expressions (or heaven, body) are discouraged. It is a kind of silent speech and warnings that come to mind. We consider it admirable when someone does not "fall apart" after a stressful event. However, the "splits" (ie - releasing tension in the hand) is exactly what we need to work after activation, to return to the basic immunity.

What if at the time, these reactions are to perform repeatedly thwarted? They form in the middle. Webecome more and more tense - in the possession of tension we experience subjectively as "cool", nervous, irritable - "I can not rest 'experience. If we have sufficient overload, the internal "switch" could start and send us to "freeze" or in the vicinity. The result is numbness, null and depression. Enclosed is therefore even more overloaded than the wire - so the energy trapped in the system was built off.

How do you know if "I can not relax 'experience means that you carry tension in progress in response to recent events? Well, the tension is caused by events in the argument of the current schedule for this week a short hook on Monday, still fighting with your spouse, etc. have a tendency to respond to the basic demand reduction of stress and relaxation techniques. Free day (or two or three), a hot bath, relaxation CDs, meditation, exercise, social contact or pleasant, everything will encourage and enable flexible nervousactivation of discharge and to restore natural balance. When these things do not work or only partially working, you're probably dealing with a stored voltage. This is especially true if the liquidation so you can not even tolerate the behavior of the entertainment, but remember that you must keep moving all the time. (The lawyers are running to continue the billable hour - take note!)

Discharging energy accumulated knowledge and may require assistance. Just talk to past eventslandfills often do not fit and may also stress the risk of recurrence. We are fortunate to live in an age when science and research on the brain begins to illuminate the work of psychotherapists and doctors for healing others in developing new techniques for solving such problems. New contracts are increasing our ability to help people recover and lead a more fulfilling life.

A considerable amount of researchconsists of chronic stress in various physical problems, including but not limited to hypertension, immune system disorders, sleep disorders, heart disease, physical pain, etc. How is your own nervous system, in these times? Are you a good manager and taking care of his needs? Is your body hire a team of lawyers to force you to exercise the right to adequate care? If your body is threatened to sue you, look at the suggestions andresources below. Nervous system - and eventually the rest of your body, mind and soul, thank you!

First Aid for a lawyer who can not relax

1st Regular practice of relaxation is absolutely necessary. Meditation, yoga, relaxation techniques, deep breathing, tai chi or exercise are great for this. interpersonal contacts, experience as a support and comfort is also important. Such measures are also very useful if you thinkJust work deeper to release the activation energy of the past.

2nd After the "threat" (stress) case, allowing the body in any way that it is necessary, without trial. When it is physically safe for you (and others) allows you to tremble and shake or cry, or something that your body wants you to do. To do so, as soon as is safely possible after the event, and preferably immediately after. Removing their reactions, it may be difficult to accesslater.

3rd Take time to allow tension dissipates. Part of our brain that is responsible for the fight or flight is often called the "reptilian" brain, due to its development at the beginning of our evolutionary history. It may be recalled that the reptiles to the v. .. E. .. R. .. Y. ....... s .. L. .. In .. In .. L. .. y leaves plenty of time for your body to recover from stressful events and resilience as a basis to play. Do not rush to pick up and move onwhen activated. (Tips difficult for most lawyers to follow!) It's better to let the end of discharge cycle immediately come back here to try to let the discharge occur.

4th Do not let the physical reactions. Especially if you're not practiced in a display of bodily sensations, may seem subtle and difficult to identify. stomach butterflies, feeling electric drives, move the legs or arms, respect and interest. Time to notice thesekinds of feelings and for them until their discharge.

1st Dealing with trauma: pioneering program to restore the wisdom of the body, Peter Levine, Ph.D. This short, simple book includes an excellent series of exercises based on Dr. Levine's technique of somatic tension release activation seriously and kept in respect of the nervous system. CD, which helps in the exercises is included.

2nd Trauma to the eyes of children: awakeningOrdinary miracle healing and Peter Levine, Maggie Kline. Although this book was written for children, it provides a detailed description of the beautiful beliefs, bodily sensations and solutions, which are involved in both the creation of stress reactions that took place in the body (injury) and resolution. Worth reading if you really want to have in-depth understanding of reality, which looks like a trauma, and how to cure him.
