Blue

The Aussie and I headed to a vintage clothes shop in London at the weekend that advertised a mini-festival. A summery theme and the promise of cider and ice cream sounded right down my street. Sadly, when we arrived things were not as we expected, all long faces and an intimidating atmosphere. It seems like a strange emotion to have about a clothes shop, isn't it all just meant to be a bit of fun?

(Hawaiian sun dress - eBay, clinch belt - free with a magazine, leather jacket - Superdry, vintage satchel - eBay, sandals - New Look)

We had a magnificent day nevertheless and I was just happy to give my recently acquired Hawaiian frock an airing. Over to you Justine...

Jumpsuit- Vintage Belt-Vintage

Apparently i have a thing for tiger print as well as leopard print. I didn't realise until just now. There's nothing wrong with a bit of animal print. I know not many people like animal print. And if they do they will only wear a small amount of it. But i happen to love this vintage play-suit/ jump-suit/ call-it-what-you-want-suit. I like the all over print- and i am game enough to wear it. This is one of the many items i picked up from Niki B's vintage store. If you haven't already read my little bit of vintage post, do so now! Over the next few weeks i will show you bits and pieces i picked up! The will amaze you!

Hope you're having a fun hump day.

Help! Again...

However this time it's about my apartment, NOT clothes...shocking.

Found a desk similar to this at Savers yesterday for about 14 bucks.

Here's my idea...cover it with wallpaper, the top and inside at least...maybe even wrap the legs...with wallpaper like this...or just paint the whole desk...:

(Or I could paint this on)

...And then use it as my bedside table.

Thoughts? I'm too giddy and stressed out to make a decision.

bisous.
